Reservation Policy

At Salon J. Monet, every appointment is reserved intentionally to provide a personalized experience and dedicated service time.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

As independent stylists operate within the salon, deposit requirements and policies may vary. Unless otherwise stated, deposits will be applied toward your final service balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment change.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be restricted from future booking privileges

Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times using the original deposit. Additional changes may require a new deposit.

Respect for Reserved Time

Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be double-booked.

Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent availability for other clients. We kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled with full intention to attend.

Arrival Policy

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a late fee
Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the stylist's discretion

Should your stylist experience delays, communication will be provided whenever possible.

Appointment Preparation

To ensure the best experience:

Please allow approximately 3–5 hours for your appointment, depending on the service selected
Hair extensions must be clean and free of product prior to arrival
Complimentary wash and blow-dry services with installs must be selected during booking
